This blog will traverse many trails, and perhaps some trials. My main purpose will be to answer questions related to Real Estate. However, I'm like most Americans, I have at least two opinions about most subjects, and each one of them is right. So, I'll be pontificating about current events, past adventures, and future hopes. Some of it will interest me, and perhaps once in a while I'll hit on a subject that lights your wood, it your wood isn't too wet.
Most people looking to buy a house or to sell one knows too little about how the real estate laws, and other related subjects operate. I'm inviting you to post questions that you have about how it all works. For example, most people aren't aware that when an agent puts a sign in your yard that other licensed agents can sell that property. I've been surprised to find that most people think that only who we call "The Listing Agent" can sell your property. Too few people know how the money is parceled out when you pay a 6% commission.
In this time of uncertainty about real estate prices, I think it's a good time to answer your questions.
